Please note:   A number of scholarships are listed above without criteria. Most of these scholarships are awarded to students in need who demonstrate ability and academic excellence. More information is available from the Dakota State University Foundation and the Dakota State University Admissions and Financial Aid Offices.

The Dakota State University Foundation is constantly seeking additional scholarship assistance for our students. The scholarships listed here are those on our records when this document was created. It is likely that additional programs have been established. Please contact us for the most up-to-date information

We encourage you to make application from January 1 - March 1 each year.  You must make application to DSU for acceptance to be considered for a majority of  Foundation Scholarships.  The Montgomery Scholarships are automatic to freshman students who meet the necessary ACT and GPA criteria.   An on-line application form is available for your convenience during this time.
